The filing shows that as of December 31, the purchase cost of these bitcoins was $661 million, equivalent to approximately $35,000 per bitcoin. On Wednesday, Arkham data showed that SpaceX held approximately 8,280 BTC. If SpaceX's holdings exceed 18,000 bitcoins, it will become the seventh largest bitcoin holder, ahead of Coinbase. At the current bitcoin price, these holdings are worth over $1.45 billion.
