Shaun Kraft will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Animoca Brands, effective June 11, 2026. Brian Chan has been promoted from Deputy Chief Operating Officer to Chief Development Officer (CDO) and has joined the Animoca Brands Executive Committee. Additionally, the company announced that Chief Commercial Officer Alan Lau will become Chairman of GROW Digital Wealth, and Chief Financial Officer Jared Shaw will become a strategic advisor.
