PANews reported on June 15 that Binance co-founder He Yi posted on the X platform: "Thank you very much for your criticisms and suggestions regarding Binance VIP customer service today. Our multiple departments have carefully read and reflected on each point. In the future, we will make systematic adjustments to the workflow, including but not limited to VIP level settings, service processes, and the fact that some staff complaints and certain types of users have not been fully covered."

Currently, some users are experiencing communication difficulties via private messages due to local instant messaging software issues. For privacy reasons, we recommend using the Binance User Center's customer service and VIP channels whenever possible. If your assigned account manager or customer service representative is not performing well, please escalate the issue within the app. You are also welcome to submit complaints to our local staff or to me via Twitter private message at any time.
