Trump says he will allow Iran to enrich uranium at low levels.

PANews reported on June 15 that, according to Xinhua News Agency, US President Trump told The New York Times on June 14 that Iran would be allowed to conduct limited low-level uranium enrichment activities, adding that the new US-Iran agreement would ensure that "Iran's uranium enrichment can only ever be used for non-military purposes." Iranian media said this statement signifies a concession by Trump on Iran's demand for "zero uranium enrichment."

In a phone interview with The New York Times, Trump said that the Iranian military "will never be able to use" this enriched uranium material. "They (Iran) can never exceed a certain amount (of enriched uranium)."
