Tether sold its Bitdeer shares earlier this month, realizing a profit of approximately $12.7 million.

PANews reported on June 17th that, according to TheEnergyMag, Tether sold 627,000 shares of Bitdeer stock between June 3rd and 4th at approximately $20 per share, realizing about $12.7 million. Tether had previously bought heavily into Bitdeer stock at approximately $8.85 per share in February when the stock price fell to a low point; this sale is seen as profit-taking. After the sale, Tether still holds 37.7 million shares, representing 19.7% of the outstanding shares, maintaining its position as a major shareholder.
