在BitMEX遭到美国司法部和商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）提起诉讼后，BitMEX平台的所有者和运营商“100x Group”发布公告进行了管理层人事变动。

PANews 10月8日 消息，在BitMEX遭到美国司法部和商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）提起诉讼后，BitMEX平台的所有者和运营商“100x Group”发布公告进行了管理层人事变动。 

官方公告中表示，创始人兼CEO Arthur Hayes和已被捕的联合创始人兼CTO Samuel Reed 同时卸任自己当前的职务，立即生效。另一位联合创始人Ben Delo也不再担任集团的执行职务。与此同时，Greg Dwyer也将离开其业务发展主管的职位。 

于2019年7月加入BitMEX，曾担任过高盛亚太合规部董事经理职位的Vivien Khoo将担任100x Group的临时CEO角色，并承担其他运营职责。 曾任职德意志银行、瑞银及Tower Research Capital的Ben Radclyffe将担任商务总监职位，负责处理客户关系和监督平台金融产品。
