PANews 9月14日消息，据官方推特消息，英国上市矿企Argo Blockchain宣布将在纳斯达克发行750 万股ADS（美国存托股份）进行首次公开募股，股票代码为“ARBK”。其中每份 ADS 包括 10 股 Argo 普通股，以目前的市场价格，预计可融资约 1 亿英镑（约1.39亿美元）。本次发行仅通过向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的招股说明书进行。PANews上月曾报道，矿企Argo Blockchain将于纳斯达克全球市场上市。
