PANews 3月1日消息，据美国财政部官网，美国财政部发布新规，禁止美国人向俄罗斯寡头和实体提供任何支持，包括通过使用数字货币或加密资产进行交易，该规则于3月1日生效。此外美国财政部已经要求币安 、FTX和Coinbase屏蔽受制裁的人员和地址。
此前消息，知情人士透露，美国政府敦促加密货币交易所遏制俄罗斯规避制裁。
