PANews 3月30日消息，据The Block报道，消息人士透露，上周Blockchain.com收购Altonomy旗下场外交易平台OTC Desk的交易价值为2.5亿美元，涉及现金和股票。由此，该笔交易的价值成为加密领域历史上规模最高的收购交易。据称，该OTC Desk在2021年的交易额为160亿美元。
咨询公司Architect Partners表示，该交易反映了更大的市场参与者进行“基于产品”收购的更广泛趋势，重点是获得“监管许可”和“新产品”，包括去中心化金融和元宇宙中的产品。
