PANews 4月1日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）文件显示，区块链安全审计公司CertiK通过股票发行筹集近8800万美元。此次发行的首次销售日期为3月23日，发行总金额为87,999,975美元，共有15位投资者参与。CertiK拒绝透漏更多细节。
据悉，Certik于去年12月以10亿美元估值完成8000万美元融资，红杉中国领投，那也是Certik 4个月内的第三轮融资。
