PANews 5月16日消息，据金十报道，欧洲央行执委帕内塔表示，将于2023年底就启动数字欧元的实现阶段作出决定。数字时代的公共资金必须保持货币锚的地位，数字欧元将强化货币主权。
此外，帕内塔还称，加密货币的风险太大，不能作为可靠的支付手段。
