PANews 5月17日消息，Web3 基础设施初创公司 Coinshift 完成 1500 万美元 A 轮融资，本轮融资由 Tiger Global 领投，红杉资本印度、Alameda Ventures、Spartan Group、Ethereal Ventures、Polygon Studios 等参投。天使投资人包括 Product Hunt 和 Weekend Fund 的创始人 Ryan Hoover、OpenSea 运营副总裁 Shiva Rajaraman，以及 FalconX 创始人 Prabhakar Reddy。Coinshift 创始人 Tarun Gupta 表示，尽管该公司计划推出自己的原生代币并将自己变成 DAO，但本轮融资为股权融资。去年9月，Coinshift筹集了 250 万美元的种子资金。
