PANews reported on December 8th that OpenAI released its "State of Enterprise AI" report, showing that ChatGPT serves over 800 million users weekly, with enterprise adoption accelerating and becoming more in-depth. Over the past year, ChatGPT Enterprise's weekly message volume increased approximately eightfold, and the number of messages per user increased by 30%; structured processes such as Projects and Custom GPTs increased 19 times year-on-year; and organizational-level inference token consumption increased approximately 320 times. The survey shows that 75% of employees said AI improved speed or quality, saving an average of 40-60 minutes per day, with heavy users exceeding 10 hours per week. Technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors saw the fastest growth; enterprise clients in Australia, Brazil, the Netherlands, and France saw year-on-year growth of over 140%. Leading users and enterprises are significantly ahead in terms of usage intensity, and the focus is shifting to organizational implementation and deployment.
