Ma, based in Dubai, previously served as Head of Investments at Immutable and previously advised fintech and crypto clients at Goldman Sachs Australia. His responsibilities include developing capital market and institutional relationships, and developing and executing the foundation's investment strategy. The foundation, with over $15 billion in reserves (approximately equivalent to its fund size, with no specific investment plans disclosed), will continue to support the ecosystem through grants and strategic partnerships.
