Two hours ago, it withdrew 2799 ETH from Binance at a price of $3187.45, which has now been transferred to address 0xEb2...038cE. This receiving address holds 26720 ETH, with a total value of $104 million.
An address has once again purchased $8.92 million worth of ETH after a month's absence.
