London copper prices broke through $14,400 per tonne, surging more than 10%.

PANews reported on January 29 that, according to Walter Bloomberg, copper prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) surged by more than 10%, breaking through $14,400 per tonne and setting a new record high.
