It is said that Musk is a potential buyer of Intel, but Citigroup is not optimistic

PANews reported on January 18 that according to a report by the US technology media SemiAccurate, the media confirmed through multiple sources that a mysterious company intends to acquire Intel (INTC.O) as a whole. Influenced by this news, Intel's stock price rose by more than 9% on Friday. The latest report from the investment community Seeking Alpha said that Citigroup analysts read the paid report and said in a report sent to clients that "SemiAccurate's paid report mentioned Musk as a potential buyer." However, Citigroup analysts are not optimistic about Musk's acquisition of Intel. He wrote in the report that this is a "bad result" for Intel unless Intel can hire a CEO who can exit the commercial foundry business and has three qualifications: advanced manufacturing experience, technical acumen and Intel experience.
