The Trump campaign raised $429 million ahead of the midterm elections, with crypto and AI giants contributing generously.

PANews reported on February 3rd, citing the Financial Times, that US President Trump and his allies raised a record $429 million in political donations over the past year, with tech billionaires and companies seeking policy changes contributing to fund their campaign ahead of the midterm elections. Analysis revealed that Maga Inc., a single political action committee (PAC) controlled by Trump allies, currently holds $304 million—an amount exceeding the reserves of any political action committee in any previous midterm election year and tens of millions of dollars more than Democratic allies.

The largest single disclosed donation to Maga Inc. came from cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com. Venture capital giants A16Z founders Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz each donated $3 million to "Maga Inc." last year. OpenAI co-founder and president Greg Brockman donated $12.5 million to the committee last December, and his wife Anna added another $12.5 million.
