PANews reported on May 24 that according to Crowdfundinsider, investment bank Clear Street announced the expansion of its blockchain and digital asset department, appointing Nakul Mehta and Collin Finnerty as managing directors. Both have ten years of experience in the field of financial technology and digital assets, and previously worked at MJC Partners and BTIG respectively. The department will provide four core services: 1) digital asset enterprise listing strategy and financing; 2) cryptocurrency reserve management consulting; 3) cross-border M&A transactions; 4) strategic cooperation for traditional financial institutions to enter the digital market. The company's CEO Ed Tilly said that this expansion will form a synergy with its global brokerage business, providing customers with real-time data and derivative services through a cloud-native technology stack.
