PANews reported on January 10th that, according to Yahoo, Delin Holdings (01709.HK) announced that the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has upgraded the Type 1 (Securities Dealing) regulated activities license and related licensing conditions for its subsidiary, Delin Securities, effective December 30, 2025. Delin Securities will begin offering virtual asset trading services after completing system connection and testing with the SFC's licensed platform, with implementation expected in February 2026.
