Three whales have accumulated a total of 23,041 ETH in the past 24 hours

PANews reported on October 23 that according to Spot On Chain monitoring, three whales have hoarded a total of 23,041 ETH in the past 24 hours.

The whale "0x395" withdrew 12,000 ETH (worth $46.3 million) from Binance approximately 18 hours ago at an average price of $3,854. He currently holds 67,981 ETH (worth $264 million). The whale accumulated ETH at an average price of $3,027 between June 22 and August 12, then sold it at an average price of $4,218 between September 15 and October 12.
The new whale "0x86E" withdrew 8,491 ETH (worth $32.5 million) from OKX at an average price of $3,824 about 5 hours ago.
The Radiant Capital attackers exchanged 9.7 million DAI for 2,550 WETH (average price $3,803) across three wallets approximately six hours ago and have been laundering the assets through TornadoCash since then.
