According to community feedback, the airdrops for users who pre-deposited in the first phase were quite impressive, with one user depositing 1 ETH getting 10,000 tokens airdropped. However, the airdrop qualifications for the test network are very strict, requiring at least 16 transactions to be completed on the Fuel Sepolia test network and an active time of at least 16 days. The specific rules are as follows:

First phase pre-deposit users: 287,000,000 FUEL

Eligibility Criteria:

Participated in the first phase of the Fuel Points Program.
Bridge all eligible assets to Fuel Ignition by November 22, 2024.
Deposit eligible assets for at least 7 days and have at least 3 points.
Users who are eligible for the Phase 1 Points Program and are not from restricted countries or regions.

Phase 2 is still ongoing.

Testnet users: 64,200,000 FUEL

Eligibility Criteria:

Completed at least 16 transactions on the Fuel Sepolia testnet and has been active for at least 16 days.
Snapshot date is July 15, 2024. Eligibility starts on May 30, 2024.

If you participated in the Fuel Sepolia testnet but do not meet the above criteria, Fuel reminds users to fill out this form before 22:00 on December 18, 2024.

Exclusion criteria:

Asset flows are analyzed to identify wallet clusters. Within each cluster, wallets that show the same or nearly the same pattern are classified as Sybil. Outlier detection is applied to the final results to ensure accuracy and identify any anomalies.

NFT holders and traders: 125,000,000 FUEL

In total, there are 5,944 NFT holder addresses that meet the following criteria. Fuel has also introduced adjustments designed to provide more meaningful rewards to non-large holders.

Cross-chain eligible assets to Fuel Ignition before 21:00 on December 13, 2024.
The USD value of assets in the network multiplied by the number of days that value has been in the network is greater than 300.

Eligibility Category:

Lightly Engaged Users: Cross-chain one or more eligible assets to Fuel Ignition, but do not interact with the application in any on-chain detectable way.
Deeply engaged users: have cross-chained one or more eligible assets to Fuel Ignition and have spent some time using Fuel and its ecosystem applications.
