PANews 7月16日消息，以太坊联合创始人Vitalik Buterin发文称，“我对‘基础设施投资过多’的看法是：有些类型的基础设施投资确实过多，而其他类型的投资却不足。实际情况是，人们想投资于‘赌场’，但仍希望感觉良好，所以他们投资于能从‘赌场’溢出利润中受益的那部分基础设施。”
