Ripple Payments was first adopted by a European bank, with AMINA Bank being the first to integrate it.

PANews reported on December 15th that, according to an announcement on Ripple's official website, AMINA Bank, a crypto bank regulated by the Swiss FINMA, has officially integrated with Ripple Payments, becoming the first European bank to use the payment system. This collaboration aims to provide AMINA's crypto-native clients with more efficient cross-border payment services, supporting parallel settlement of stablecoins, including RLUSD, and fiat currencies, reducing costs and increasing transparency. Previously, AMINA had already begun supporting custody and trading services for Ripple's stablecoin RLUSD.
