10月11日，招商局集团与阿里巴巴、蚂蚁集团在杭州签署全面战略合作协议。根据协议，三方将不断推动在产业互联网、金融服务、综合物流、新兴产业及其他业务领域的深度合作，共同推动产业数字化升级，服务实体经济。 在当天的交流中，各方还约定，未来在区块链技术方面，将依托蚂蚁集团的技术优势，共同建立物流生态联盟链，探索推动多方跨链合作；共同打造航运安全链等港航协同的区块链技术基础设施，合作探索基于区块链技术的智能供应链产品等。
