10月19日，波卡Polkadot在官方博客宣布，以太坊二层扩容解决方案开发团队Matter Labs开发的Zinc Framework将为波卡和基于Substrate链的零知识证明实现提供编程环境。此前消息，今年6月份，Matter Labs在以太坊主网部署了基于ZK Rollup的Layer 2扩容方案zkSync。
