据Cointelegraph今日消息，俄罗斯总统普京信息技术顾问Dmitry Peskov表示，在金融稳定方面，先发优势也带来了一些风险。他表示，发展CBDC的快速战略可能比成为世界上第一个CBDC更有效率。Dmitry Peskov表示，如果现在就开始开发，俄罗斯的CBDC(数字卢布)将在三到七年内成为现实。
