PANews reported on March 5 that Google (GOOG.O) announced the launch of AI Protection, a feature designed to protect AI workloads and data across clouds and models. AI Protection will help teams comprehensively manage AI risks in three ways: 1. Discover AI inventory and assess its potential vulnerabilities; 2. Protect AI assets through controls, policies, and guardrails; and 3. Manage threats to AI systems through detection, investigation, and response capabilities. Google Cloud also said that more exciting features are coming soon, and in-depth details about AI protection and how Google Cloud can help customers safely develop and deploy AI solutions will be shared at the 2025 Google Cloud Next conference in Las Vegas from April 9 to 11.
