In the past 10 minutes, it bought another 1502 ETH ($4.954 million). Since November 15th, it has invested a total of $9.285 million to build a position of 2943 ETH, with an average cost of $3154.25. It just placed a limit buy order at $3118 for 1307.54 ETH, which is currently being filled.
