PANews reported on November 19 that, according to an official announcement from Kraken, its European entity PESL has been authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland to become a compliant custody service provider under the EU's Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) framework, providing regulated digital asset custody services to institutional clients in the European Economic Area.
