PANews reported on September 17 that according to Whale Alert monitoring, about 3 hours ago, an address that had been dormant for 11.7 years was activated, containing 1,000 BTC (about US$117 million).
An address containing 1,000 BTC was activated after 11.7 years of dormancy.
