PANews reported on December 2nd that the White House announced that US President Trump will chair a cabinet meeting at 11:30 AM ET on Tuesday (0:30 AM Beijing time the following day) and will issue a proclamation at 2:00 PM ET (3:00 AM Beijing time the following day).
