PANews reported on May 30 that according to an official announcement, Coinbase's futures platform Coinbase Financial Markets (CFM) announced a number of upgrades to its futures trading services. BTC and ETH futures contracts now support 24/7 trading, which was previously only available from Sunday to Friday. CFM has also added cryptocurrency futures contracts such as SOL, XRP, ADA and HBAR, as well as commodity futures contracts such as silver and natural gas, and stock index futures are also coming soon. US users will soon be able to trade BTC and ETH perpetual futures contracts through Coinbase Advanced. The platform has also introduced a number of functional improvements, including automatic fund transfers, intelligent algorithmic warehouse expansion, new stop-profit/TWAP order types, and improved margin health monitoring tools. US users must first have a Coinbase spot account, and can trade futures after completing the application through the official website.
