PANews reported on January 6th that Jito Labs has launched the IBRL Explorer tool, which for the first time transparently displays the construction details within Solana blocks. This tool discovered widespread "late packing" and "slot timing games" behaviors in the Solana network, affecting state propagation efficiency, increasing latency, and weakening network stability. IBRL Explorer generates an IBRL score for each validator using three scoring mechanisms: Slot Time, Vote Packing, and Non-Vote Packing, aiming to improve block construction quality and network performance.
