PANews reported on October 21st that, according to The Block, Benchmark reported that Bitdeer (Nasdaq: BTDR) is transitioning its AI data center development to in-house development, which is expected to improve unit economics and accelerate the transition from infrastructure construction to revenue. The company is building a 570MW campus in Clarington, Ohio, USA, with power connection expected by the end of 2026. It is also evaluating converting a 175MW site in Norway to AI workloads, with plans to deliver approximately 200MW of dedicated AI computing power by the end of 2026. Influenced by BlackRock and Nvidia's acquisition of Aligned Data Centers and the rise in data center valuations, Benchmark has assigned BTDR a target price of $38, valuing it at six times 2026 revenue. BTDR's stock price rose over 9% to $26.20 on Monday.
