PANews reported on May 30 that New Fire Technology Holdings Limited (1611.HK) announced that it has completed the acquisition of BitTrade (formerly Huobi Japan). After the acquisition, BitTrade becomes an indirect subsidiary of New Fire Technology, and its financial results will be incorporated into New Fire Technology's financial statements. It is reported that New Fire Technology has issued consideration shares to the relevant sellers to complete the transaction.
