Strategy did not increase its Bitcoin holdings last week

PANews reported on April 7 that according to the Form 8-K filed by MicroStrategy (Strategy), the company did not sell any Class A common stock or perpetually convertible preferred stock under its market price issuance plan, nor did it purchase any Bitcoin between March 31, 2025 and April 6, 2025. As of April 6, it held 528,185 Bitcoins, with a total purchase price of $35.63 billion and an average purchase price of $67,458.
