PANews reported on August 29th that Lookonchain monitoring revealed that Ethereum ICO participant "0x42D3" transferred 0.01 ETH for testing after being dormant for over a decade. This address invested only $49 in the ICO and received 158 ETH, now worth $694,000, representing a 14,177x return.
