PANews reported on August 12th that the three major U.S. stock indexes opened higher, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 0.4%, the S&P 500 up 0.4%, and the Nasdaq up 0.5%. Circle (CRCL.N), the "first stablecoin stock," opened about 15% higher, reporting a 53% year-over-year increase in second-quarter revenue.
