'NYSE 상장폐지 위기' 백트, 1:25 주식 병합 실시

세계 최대 증권거래소그룹 인터컨티넨탈익스체인지(ICE) 산하 암호화폐 거래 및 커스터디 플랫폼 백트(Bakkt)가 뉴욕증권거래소(NYSE) 상장 요건 충족을 위해 오는 4월 29일(현지시간) 1:25 주식 병합을 실시한다고 발표했다. 클래스A 보통주, 클래스V 보통주 모두에 적용되며 각각 BKKT, BKKT WS 심볼로 상장이 유지될 예정이다. 백트는 지난달 주가 1달러 이상을 유지하지 못하는 경우 상장폐지될 수 있다고 발표하며 최고경영자(CEO)를 교체한 바 있다. 백트 주식은 23일(현지시간) 0.4 달러에 마감했다.
