폐지 대신···'금투세 유예' 힘 받는다

서울경제에 따르면 내년 1월 시행을 앞둔 금융투자소득세에 대한 과세 유예 방안이 급부상하고 있다. 정부 고위 관계자는 24일 “시장과 국회 상황을 고려할 때 금투세 폐지는 사실상 힘들고 유예하는 안이 가장 합리적이라고 본다”고 밝혔다. 금투세는 주식과 펀드·파생상품 등 금융투자상품 투자로 얻은 이익에 부과하는 세금이다. 금융투자에 따른 이익과 손실을 더해 연간 5000만 원 이상의 수익을 올리면 규모에 따라 20~25%의 세금을 매긴다.
