이데일리에 따르면, 금융감독원이 지난 3일 계엄령 선포 직후 발생한 먹통 문제와 관련 거래소 측이 이용자 피해 보상에 나서는지 확인하고 재발 방지 대책 마련을 요구했다. 금감원은 접속이 지연된 원인을 찾고 업무연속성계획(BCP)도 잘 구축돼 있는지 점검할 예정이다. 지난 3일 윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄 선포 후 국내 거래소를 중심으로 패닉셀이 발생, 업비트, 빗썸 등 대형 거래소 사이트가 마비된 바 있다.
