솔라나(SOL) 공동 설립자 아나톨리 야코벤코가 자신의 X를 통해 "도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령의 BTC 비축안 행정명령은 정부의 암호화폐 구제 조치라기보다는 지난 4년간 업계를 괴롭혀 왔던 규제 불확실성을 해소하기 위한 움직임에 가깝다. 스테이블코인 법안, 은행의 암호화폐 입출금 허용, (암호화폐) 발행 및 디파이에 관한 미 증권거래위원회(SEC)와 상품선물거래위원회(CFTC)의 명확한 규정이 필요한 시점이다"고 전했다.
