The probability of the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates unchanged in January is 82.8%.

PANews reported on January 5th that, according to CME's "FedWatch," the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points in January is 17.2%, while the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 82.8%. By March, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis point rate cut is 44.1%, the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 48.9%, and the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point rate cut is 7.0%.
