PANews 8月28日消息，据Bitcoin.com报道，阿联酋已向法国政府提出请求，要求紧急为杜罗夫提供所有必要的领事服务。此前Durov因网络犯罪调查于周六在法国被捕。阿联酋外交部在一份声明中表示：“阿联酋正密切关注其公民、Telegram创始人Pavel Durov一案，他被法国当局在巴黎-布尔热机场逮捕。”
