Cetus hacking incident has caused more than $260 million in losses

PANews reported on May 22 that according to Lookonchain monitoring, Cetus Protocol suffered a hacker attack on the SUI network, with losses exceeding US$260 million.

Hackers are converting the stolen funds into USDC and transferring them to the Ethereum network through cross-chain operations in exchange for ETH. Currently, about 60 million USDC have completed cross-chain transfers.
