PANews reported on December 4th that, according to Bloomberg Law, Florida's Third Appeals Court ruled Wednesday that a user who claims $80 million in Bitcoin was stolen from the Binance platform can refile a state-level lawsuit. The court found that the trial court erred in its judgment of "lack of jurisdiction over Binance." The plaintiff alleges that Binance failed to freeze the stolen assets in a timely manner.
Binance users granted permission to reopen lawsuits related to the theft of $80 million worth of Bitcoin.
