He withdrew 15 million BIO from Binance five months ago at $0.057, worth only $850,000 at the time. An hour ago, he transferred 12 million BIO to Binance at $0.315, a 4.5-fold increase in value. Furthermore, he unlocked and received 4.8 million BIO (approximately $1.53 million) from the unlocking contract two hours ago.
