PANews reported on January 29 that according to official news, Sushi Labs acquired DeFi infrastructure company Shipyard Software. Shipyard founder Mark Lurie (multi-exit founder and DeFi leader) and AMM research pioneer Abe Othman will join Sushi Labs as consultants.

It is reported that the acquisition aims to address key challenges in DeFi, including mitigating impermanent loss, optimizing liquidity supply and improving multi-chain transaction efficiency.
