Crypto payment company Truther will launch a non-custodial USDT Visa card in El Salvador.

PANews reported on November 30th that, according to CoinDesk, crypto payment company Truther will launch a payment card in El Salvador on January 29, 2026. Users will be able to spend USDT directly from their self-custodied wallets through a partnership with Visa. The card requires no pre-deposit or custodian service, has a 2% currency exchange fee, and Brazilian users will not be subject to IOF tax. After its launch in El Salvador, the card will be available to all Truther users. Truther plans to expand its service to other countries, including Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Russia, and will integrate more local stablecoins into its self-custodied wallets by early 2025.
